Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms govern your organisation's use of Enoki, which EthicGate BV operates. Using Enoki means your organisation accepts them. If your organisation has signed an agreement with us for Enoki, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.

Who we are

Enoki is operated by EthicGate BV (enterprise number BE 1035.446.294), Hubert Frère-Orbanlaan 376, 9000 Gent, Belgium. Contact us at hello@enokilabs.ai.

Test only what you may test

Register and test only AI agents that you own or are authorised to test. Enoki's tests try to make an agent misbehave, so use a test or staging deployment where you can. You are responsible for the endpoints and credentials you register, and you will compensate us for any claim that arises from testing a system you were not authorised to test.

Using Enoki

Keep your passwords and API keys to yourselves. Do not try to reach other customers' data, disrupt Enoki, get around its limits, or copy or reverse engineer Enoki or its test content. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Your data

Your data and your results stay yours. We use them only to run Enoki for you, as our Privacy Policy and, where we have signed one, our data processing agreement describe.

Results

A finding shows what Enoki observed during a test, at that time. A run without findings does not guarantee that an agent is secure.

Fees

Paid plans and their fees are set out in your order form. The free scan and trials may change or end.

Liability

We provide Enoki with reasonable skill and care; beyond that, it is provided as it is. Except where the law does not allow a limit, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for Enoki in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you used only free features.

Changes

We may update these terms. We tell workspace owners about material changes 30 days before they apply.

Law and disputes

Belgian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
