Questions
The fine print, in plain words.
What does Enoki actually test?
Two things, and they run separately. A security assessment points an adaptive attacker at your agent, aimed at the vulnerabilities your agent’s own capabilities expose. You can tell it what to cover.
Safety testing is the opposite shape: every class we cover, several scenarios each, graded pass or fail.
Findings map to the frameworks your reviewers use: OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, OWASP Agentic Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS.
Run it however suits you: from your coding agent over MCP, from your pipeline over the API, or from the dashboard.
What happens to my agent while you are testing it?
It gets attacked, genuinely. A run only ever starts against an endpoint someone in your workspace registered, and we validate that endpoint before anything runs against it.
The attacker is broad on purpose. It does not stay on the address you gave it, and it can change or delete what it reaches, not only read it. It also tries to reach data that is not yours to see, such as another user’s or another tenant’s. A successful read is kept as proof.
Which means if you point us at a system holding real customer data, one of your customers’ records can end up in a finding, and a write that gets through changes real data. Give us a test environment with synthetic data, or accept that deliberately rather than by default.
A run is cut off after a few hours, and your workspace has a daily limit on starting them. Any member of your workspace can start a run, replay an attack and close a finding.
Can I stop a run, and what happens to what it already found?
Yes, from the dashboard, from the API, or from your coding agent over MCP. The run winds down in about five seconds, and stopping one never costs you an allowance.
A stopped run keeps the findings it had already proved, so it is still worth reading, and its verdict then covers only the categories it got through rather than passing off a partial run as a clean one. Safety testing is the exception: its scenarios are the deliverable rather than evidence, so stopping a generation discards them.
What do I get before we talk about price?
We create the workspace and send you one invite link your whole team can use.
An evaluation workspace carries a set allowance of assessment runs, counted separately for security assessments, safety testing and compliance workflows, so spending one does not touch the other two.
It is a full workspace rather than a demo. Your own isolated findings, your own API keys, and the same REST and MCP surface as any other workspace.
Do you charge per user?
Nothing in Enoki is counted per person. One workspace, and every limit that exists is attached to the workspace, to an API key or a connected app, or to the address you call from, never to a seat. Adding a colleague costs nothing and is not metered.
What a plan is scoped to is the testing rather than the headcount: how much you run, and how much of the evidence you can export. The full export for auditors is something we switch on for a workspace, not something every workspace carries. Where your plan sits on those is what a pricing conversation settles.
What do you keep from a run, and who can see it?
Every finding keeps its proof: the request, the response, and a replay script that re-runs the attack. Whatever an attack retrieves ends up in that record, and it has to, because it is how a fix gets re-verified later instead of taken on trust.
Credentials get the strongest handling we have. What matters on your side is the instruction you would give any external tester: give us a credential you can revoke, and scope it as narrowly as your agent allows.
To delete your account and its data, email privacy@enokilabs.ai; we remove it within 30 days, except where we have to keep limited records to meet a legal obligation. For where data is stored, who processes it and on what basis, our privacy notice and trust center are the record.
